Ask a Question

I am working on a project on Nicepage, and the size of the site elements seems normal when you are using the editor but once I preview it using the quick preview or chrome or any other preview, the site elements appearing in a large size than unlike normal size of the elements of any website on the internet. So, what make the elements seems too large in the preview?

Hello Youssef,
Thank you for using Nicepage!

It is normal behaviour due to the fact that on the Nicepage desktop the page can be displayed in different sizes by using the magnifying glass at the bottom of the screen. Normally, when you open a template\project, it will be zoomed out and the blocks are not stretched to the whole screen, the 2 side panels take space as well.

When you click Quick Preview or preview in any browser, you'll see how your website will look live.

I tried to minimize the size using the magnifying glass but still the same problem when I am previewing the site. I am not sure if I watched you right but I think you mean the size of the website will be big or zoomed in when I am using any kind of preview but when I open a template or project which will cam from the exporting options, the site will looks normal and zoomed out. Is that right?

Hi Youssef,

You should understand that preview in different browsers is the real picture of how your website will be looking online.

Even if you zoom out magnifying glass you can't see the real picture, because while you see your site in Nicepage Desktop without preview, your width of the screen is equal to the Nicepage app, not the full screen. In the preview, you can see that all elements will look bigger because the full width of your screen will be used.
