Shopping cart icon wordpress - bad padding ????

Dears,

I have one problem, I make wordpress template in Nicepage, but shopping cart is still bad located on the web on tablet and mobiel is cart icon normally in the middle but on the desktop and notebook version is cart located bad :((((
