If he builds a Wordpress template and saves. Can I sell such a file, e.g. on TemplateMonste or similar sites?

If he builds a WordPress template and saves. Can I sell such a file, e.g. on TemplateMonste or similar sites?

You can make themes for the clients and sell them. Reselling on other platforms of one specific template is allowed but without plugin and images.
In general, Nicepage was built for personal use, to make websites, and for web designers to sell them.
