It's been a week since I've been trying to update a picture in the blog post. I do not understand why my pic are not updating. Would you please clarify whether it is a bug or not?

Please let me know where are you trying to update the picture? In the Blog control or when editing the individual post under the Element >> Blog Posts >> Manage Posts? Also is that a picture from your computer or you are using the Nicepage image?
We would need some screenshots that will clarify the issue.

I see the issue, only images from Pixabay are saved when you use them as the featured images in the post. Our developers will review the problem.
