Ask a Question

Hi
How can I identify which image has been used on the page so that it can be replaced with a similar one, but perhaps of less weight?
During a montage it is possible to change the image, but from the loading window I do not see the file name, its weight, etc. It's possible to do it?
It is very important during the SEO optimization phase to be able to identify the heavy image and at least rename it or change it with a lighter one.
Thank you.

Mauro

Hi,

Do you mean that you have uploaded those images in the template already and now need to identify them inside the Image dialog in Nicepage? The image names are shown if you open the My Images tab. There is no option to see the name of the image that is currently used on the page. We'll consider your suggestion.

Hi,

The My Images dialog displays the image thumbnails so you can compare the thumbnail and image used on the page. Do you mean that you have a lot of similar images in the My Images library?

Hi Mauro,

Unfortunately there is no way to see what exact image is used on the page. In My Images tab you can only compare the names of the images.

Hello,
On the same subject of identifying images on the gallery, I have to developp a web site for a mountain bike club.
There will be a picture of the participants where we can see there dossarts "number"; the dossarts number will, be the name of the picture file (xxx.jpg).
So I need:
1) The pictures to be loaded in Nicepage in the filename sequence.
2) The filename should appear under each picture.
This is an exemple of a web site developped with an "old" web tool (NamoWeb editor) which show what I will need
http://vtt.club.lavy.com.free.fr/index.html
Do you thing that should be piossible with Nicepage.
Thanks a lot

Hi,

You can upload images in Nicepage and then add the text element on each image with the desired name to be shown. There is no such direct option to automatically show the image name as a text on the page. But with the Gallery control you can set some text to be shown on the image and print the numbers it should present. Please feel free to try Nicepage application to see how it works. The application can be downloaded here:
