Hello Elena,

Did this happen once during the import process or you've already tried multiple times?

This message can appear when the size of the theme you're trying to import is bigger than the file size that was set by your hoster.
If you do host your site on a hosting provider, make sure to contact them to change the file size limit.

Nicepage support is excellent as always! Elena, you need to edit php.ini!
PHP settings on your web server:

max_execution_time = 600
max_input_vars = 5000
memory_limit = 512 MB
post_max_size = 512 MB
upload_max_filesize = 512 MB

If you have any difficulties, write, I will help. Support won't help you.

Hi Vasiliy,

Our support suggested exactly the same. to contact the hosting provider and change the limits for the file upload. Not all hosting allow to edit those values on your own and also some of them only allow to edit them inside the WP panel and that does not affect the global settings on the server.
So it is always better to ask your host to do that for you.

Elena, please let us know if you need our further help.
