Hi,

I am using your Online Builder, it is extremely slow, I mean it freezes constantly and take ages to react when editing for instance text. Some features do not work probably, such as the carousel, which cannot edit text.

It delays my work by many hours daily. Sometimes the site just does not react and everything freezes. I have this issue also from other devices and Internet connections, one from home, one from work.

The worse thing is when I setup the mobile version, things get deleted and get lost from the complete site.

Last thing is, your mobile version is not satisfying, the text in the tabs and the way it sorts them is completely apart.

We are sorry to hear that. Clarify please, does the software work slow from its launch or later, when there are already many Blocks and Elements?

Please note that Nicepage requires enough RAM for comfortable work. It means that it is advisable to close other apps and programs if they are not very necessary. Also, do you have your antivirus turned on while working on Nicepage? Do you use the latest version of a browser? Do you have many tabs and extensions on your browser while working on Nicepage Online?

Try closing some programs, tabs, and turn off your browser extensions and the antivirus. After that, let us know about the results.

Could you please provide us screenshots that demonstrate these issues?
