This is what pops up when I click on the icon in this template. It doesn't have a "menu" option in the blue helper thing like the example you sent a picture to me. How do I fix this?

Set to show Hamburger button only for mobile devices.

You can access and edit the menu on your Property Panel as well

Please specify which templates exactly you trying to upload? Is there any golden crown at the top?

Kindly note that after the 7-day trial period of premium features after the email registration, you are connected to the Free Starter Plan, where some templates won't be possible to use.
