Hamburger Problem I cannot solve

On the site I am building here:
http://artistrelations.com/iems/iem_cable_tester.html
in the hamburger menu, the top level menu items will open when connecting to an external site, but the top level menu link will not open the Nicepage page I created titled "IEMs".
I can go to it from here so I know the page is active:
http://artistrelations.com/iems

but I cannot connect to it any link in the submenu in the Necessities. FYI (Necessities does not have a page linked to it - it is more of a section heading.)

Hi Randall,

Please describe the issue in more detail.
Do you mean that "IEMs" item does not open the corresponding page in the responsive menu? At this moment it expands subitems only. If so, please open Menu >> Hamburger panel >> Submenu Level >> select "With Reload". This should help.

I did what you suggested and that will now work for the hamburger menu item, but now the submenu under necessities does not load (remember the necessities is not an actual menu item - it was created with the "#" symbol as a menu heading- not a link to a menu page.

Hi Randall,

You can only choose if your menu items could be opened with reload or on click. So you need to choose how to organize the menu: use menu items with links or use menu items as separators. Both options won't work in one responsive menu.
