Press the Premium tab at the top.
There should be a button that says Upgrade towards the top right.
That should give you your price options.

Yes, MerlinAZ is right, we have an upgrade option and the price depends on when you decide to upgrade. Within a month, the upgrade price is equal to a price difference. Further, the price will gradually rise since this price will include not only the upgrade of the license version but also the extension of the year free updates.

The Personal cost $59 which I paid for it, I wish to upgrade for the PRO which is $199.
I'm expecting that upgrading is to pay $199-$59=$140 or any sort of Top-up.
I have been in the Premium page I can't find Upgrade button.

Hi,
Looks like you have purchased the license using another account. The license is applied to your account so please log in with the account used to purchase the license and then you should be able to upgrade on the purchase page.
