I can see that the service you are using is required to be added to your site as an additional HTML script, correct?
You can add the script to your Site Settings - GDPR - run script, please have a look into the screenshot:

In this case, you need to activate the Cookie banner on your site - Theme - Сookies popup - select the design,ect - from the right control panel check the box with Enable cookies on all pages.
