WHAT HAS HAPPENED

Hi Gary,

I see that this project does not contain pages.
What is the current Projects folder? The path to the Projects folder is specified under the Profile >> Preferences. Did you change the projects folder? Is it a local or shared folder? Have you encountered any problems with the system or hard drive recently?
The new Nicepage updated recommend making a backup of the projects. Did you make a backup?

I have copies of all the page files both on my laptop and also I can copy from my hosting server. But when I zip them into a project archive, Nicepage says it is not a Nicepage file

Could you please export this theme as a Project and attach it to the ticket, we'll check it on our end. Also, do you have a backup copy of the project? We recommend to use the new backup feature for future projects.

Well, I closed down Nicepage. When I saw your request for screenshot I opened again and was presented with the attached - seems to now have lost entire site except for the last block I added after the update.

The website is www.upcballarat.org.au as you will see there are loads of images on the site. This time all I uploaded to my server was the 2 X media pages created in the last export from Nicepage. It has removed every image from that page, or failed to save them.

I have attached a screenshot of the images folder from the Nicepage export - nothing but default image. In Nicepage desktop, when I looked at re-uploading an image (before I closed the program and lost everything) all it showed in my past uploads was the default image icon and nothing else.

Something has gone horribly wrong with your last update - at least for me.

Hi Gary,

Please attach a screenshot of the error message and also attach your theme exported as a Project. Then specify what images are not included in the theme.
