My blog page will not show more than 11 posts

Dear support,

I cannot seem to find how to fix this issue. My blog page will not show more than 11 posts. How do I enable it to show all (with pages - to next page)? This was automatic in the Artisteer builder.

Hello Natasha,
Thank you for using Nicepage!

Please make sure you have set the Post Count in Theme > Blog Template. The number you choose will dictate how many posts the first page will show. Then, add Pagination from the same side panel.

Why isn't my post count working though? I've set it to various numbers or even left it empty and there are 12 posts always no matter what I do.

Any help?

functions.php has the number of items set to 12 and the app doesn't change it:
