I am using the Online Builder I have created a Website that is still in development.

How do I backup my work progress?

If I export the file to a HTML or nicepage file, does the actual website still remain in the Online Builder for further development?

Yes. The website should stay in the online builder. As for now, there's no built-in backup, so make sure you export your work every now and then.
