Hello,

Your site https://www.dzyneforlife.ca/ is not active right now.
The only way to check your favicon settings is to go to your admin panel WordPress.
Simply go to Appearance » Customize and click on the ‘Site Identity’ tab.
If the image you are uploading exceeds recommended size, then WordPress will allow you to crop it. If it matches the recommended size exactly, then you can just save your changes.

Hi,

It looks like your website is now accessible.
I've tested your website in FB preview and the image is not displayed. But according to the page source, you already added og:image tags.
FB dev tools service reads this tag which is great. It means that there are no issues related to Nicepage.
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fdzyneforlife.ca%2F
I've found the following article that may bring some light for you on this issue:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/8855361/fb-opengraph-ogimage-not-pulling-images-possibly-https
But in any case, it is not related to Nicepage. The og:image tag exists in the page source and it is properly configured. Therefore the image should be displayed. If not, then it is something on the third side.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Olivia
