I have Hosting of websites with "HostGator".

If I purchase Designer App Pack and build web sites on my desktop computer, will I be able to upload that to my HostGator Servers?

Is Designer App Pack a lifetime license?

If I purchase Designer App Pack, are there other hidden fees?
