Important thing: the client is working on a iMac, maybe the origin of the problem ?

Hi Frédéric,

Seems like your client is trying to edit the theme using the Desktop App. Client License does not include a license for desktop. Your client can edit through CMS plugins only (WordPress, Joomla).

my client is using the nicepage plugin, as show on picture, but she haven't the theme option. nice page Plugin is installed and uptodate

This part is not available for editing with a client license. Please note that client licenses are created for content editing only, not for designing. Therefore the options available for client licenses are limited.
