Not able to delete Page Settings

I am not able to delete my page settings in the nicepage plugin in wordpress like the additional head HTML, Google Analytics ID and Google Optimizer Container. As soon I have deleted them, they are back. I have deleted and saved it. They are back! I have deleted it and opened the settings again before saving. They are back! Any help?

On my side, everything is OK, I can delete Page and Site Settings without problems. Could you please provide us temporary access to your admin panel of WordPress? We will investigate your issue on our side using your WordPress admin panel.

Thank you for your answer. I have found out that it only works when you save the settings, open the site again in a new tab, delete the old tab. Very strange!
