I keep getting this error message (see attached). I spoke to my hosting account and they downgraded the php suggested by your client support here, but its still doing it? I don't know if anyone is experiencing this, but it is annoying and it doesn't save all the work. Its taking FAR too long to create and edit because of the error popping up. Can you please assist...anyone?????

Ok the same error message appeared on a completely different hosting provider and new domain. Definitely nicepage problem.

my hosting account said its problem too many plug-ins and images...i deleted many of them. hope it works

Hi Jason,

Usually 500 error is caused by server limitations. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check what settings are booking Nicepage requests. It may be some security settings and also limitations in php.ini file on the max upload file size and max execution time.

Hi Jason,

Nicepage is quite a powerful solution and also it requires some resources from the server side. Also many hosting providers are limiting their servers for users too much.
So please ask them to check such limitations before we continue to investigate the problem.
