Why the modal popups are fixed?

Why I can't just drag the modal popup to where I like it to be? Not just to be fixed to a position to then, when I close it have it to scroll down again.

Unfortunately, there's no possibility to drag the modal popup freely for now, but we will add this idea to our wishlist. However, you can choose the position of the popup in the side panel.
