Latest Nicepage WordPress Plugin Failed

Hi,

We tried to update the latest Nicepage WordPress plugin and it keep failing and causing our whole domain to be went into maintenance mode for a short time of period.

We had tried for 5 times, all tries had same result.

Please refer to screenshot for your reference.
We also chat to the Hosting Support, and they want us to contact your side.

Please advise?

Hello Hugo,
We're sorry for any inconvenience this issue caused.

Usually, the connection timeout should be increased by your hoster in such situations. Have you tried deleting the plugin and manually installing it on WordPress? You can download the plugin here.

Let us know if this helped or the issue presumed. If so, please provide temporary access to your admin panel.

Hello Hugo,

The pages will stay, but the whole template will be unavailable until you install the plugin manually again in WordPress through Plugins > Add New > Upload plugin.
