Unfortunately, you can't download the templates, but you can open them in Nicepage and, after that, export them into HTML.
Open Nicepage. On the dashboard of your Desktop App (in Free Starter Plan Export to HTML available only in Desktop APP) or Online Builder press +New Website.

Choose any available template. You can edit it and export it. Templates with the little golden crown on top of it available for Premium Plans only.
