Hello

after upgrade to 3.12.1 it has bug.
Also aftzer every instant upgrade NP doesnt work and I have to uninstall and newly install.

Can you look at it.

This bug was reproduced on our side and it seems like it appears on small screen resolutions and our developers had been notified. What is your screen resolution?

Also aftzer every instant upgrade NP doesnt work and I have to uninstall and newly install.

Please provide more details. Does the app open after each update or not? Are you able to create a new website or resume working on your other projects within the app?

My answers:
1. My screen resolution is 1920 x 1080 and always was. In previous versions I have never had this issue.

  1. When I start NP and Modal popup with upgrade annoucement appears I always instantly click on "Upgrade new version 3...." and then after upgrade disappears the icon of NP in start menu and task bar (NP is already running) and after closing NP I am unable to run it again. Not only icon disappears, but also some files. I tried it several times, but finally always I had to reinstall it newly.

This two issues doesn t relate each other.

But issue #1 bother me much more.

Thank you for the provided information. As for the screen resolution, our developers have been notified, as I said in the previous reply.
As for the update issue. What files disappear after the update is finished and you're unable to open NicePage? Is it the NicePage folder in Documents or the NicePage templates folder?

Apologies for the late reply.

You can try to temporarily disable any antivirus software on your device before installing any Nicepage update and check if the issue presumed. Let us know by then if it did occur.

thanks for answer about the corrupted installation after update. I will try the recommended instructions in future upgrade.

But please, I still haven´t received the relevant answer on my question, why my HD 2K monitor is insufficient for correct displaying of your app?
I don´t know how attentionally you read my upper answers, but I wrote you that I use 22 inch monitor with 2K resolution. You claim that bug "seems like appears on small screen resolutions".
Are you trying to tell me that from now only 4K monitors will correctly display of NP?
Or what should I do to have always newest version of NP and correctly displayed?

No, of course not. The bug appeared on small resolutions at first, before we realized it was an issue that a lot of users had. Our developers still looking into this issue, and hopefully, it will be resolved in the next updates.
