I have downloaded a site that I have recently made. I am not very tech savvy, however my hosting service told me that all the files are not there, says the path isn't correct and the images are not downloading either. Can you assist me on how to download the files correctly.

What I do with my html site, is to export the html (with the project file as a backup), to my computer, and use Filezilla to connect to my host and upload the files.
Your host will need to tell you which folder you need to upload them to.

Thank you for responding. When I look at the HTML file, there are not images in it. So it that why I should download images separately?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us

You can attach your files to this ticket for further investigation to tell what was wrong with the path of the images.
Since you are planing to use your another Hosting Service, it would be better if you will use Nicepage Desktop App, not Online Builder.
Looking forward to your reply.
