Oh, Sorry. You should have mentioned from the beginning that you are trying to export your content from Nicepage Desktop App to your Joomla website. :)

Please specify exactly step by step your actions and (with the link provided) which video you were guided by? Perhaps attach some screenshots.

Here you can see how to export and update your template from Desktop App and here you can see how to export and update the content.

If still you can't do anything about it or there are some difficulties.
Attach your project to this ticket as exported and provide temporary access to the website's back-end admin panel.

Hello Ahmad,

Using the "new page" button from the Nicipage plug-in I can't upload my project made with the Nicepage app.
Following the video tutorial for the installation of the zip files, when I open the template page, it doesn't show the button to create content as from the video.
Using the button "import data" from the Nicepage plug-in there's an error message "failed chunck".
I don't know how to import my project

Right after the installation, you supposed to have the Nicepage button on the top panel, press New Page, and then it will appear in your Content>>Articles
