Hi Philippe,
Looks like the menu is somehow broken. I have failed to reproduce the issue with any other project. So I have removed the menu in your project, added the new one, added some menu items with the anchors and they worked just fine in the mobile view. Could you please try to recreate the menu and see if that helps.

The tablet view is using the normal menu (not the responsive menu) and this menu opens subitems on hover, but touch devices like tablets cannot proceed the hover effect so we recommend to use the hamburger menu for the tablets as well, then subitems will be opened on click on your Service menu item.
