I can't upload my Nicepage file onto Wordpress - it comes up with error code
Error occured: (status 200)
Can't find content.json in zip archive
I exported as WP File - can anyone help?

Hi, Nicole

It looks like you are exporting a Theme from the Desktop app and are using the Import content option to import it in the WP.

If you export only Pages with the plugin from the Desktop app, please follow the instructions provided here: https://nicepage.com/doc/67690/export-and-update-of-wp-content-from-app

If you export Theme with Pages and Editor plugin from the Desktop app, please follow these instructions: https://nicepage.com/doc/66707/installation-of-wordpress-theme-and-pages

We are happy to hear that error no longer shows.

Please tell us which type of import from the tutorials above you were using and describe your steps.
Also, did you had checked the Pages and editor plugin checkbox during export from Nicepage Desktop?

Hi Nicole,

Thanks for the information update.
Could you please first of all contact your hosting provider to check that nothing blocks Nicepage to update content.
Any kind of limitations or errors occurred.

If there is all fine, please provide us your project.zip saved in Nicepage Desktop as Project we will try to recreate your problem.
