When I try to add a grid it says that I need to upgrade as it finds no active license even though I have a license and I can see the license when I click on my profile icon

When I try to add a grid it says that I need to upgrade as it finds no active license even though I have a license and I can see the license when I click on my profile icon
Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Hi, William,

With your current license (Nicepage Personal Edition), only 25 Grids are available for you.

If you want to get access to more Grid styles, you can easily upgrade your license in your profile.

It only shows 13 grids as unlocked and also shows no modal popups available (supposed to have 1)
Also, personal edition is supposed to allow up to 5 sites, I am only able to do 1(one). If I try to add a site I get the message
"Premium Plan"
You need a premium plan to add more than one site.
If I try to activate the license, it says I have no license but, the licenses link from the profile icon shows that tI have the personal version license

Did not use online. Was the desktop -
The problem appears to be the login in the desktop app was cached before I purchased the upgrade so even though the licences tab was showing that I had the license, it was not available in the app -
I forced a log out then logged into the desktop app and all seem to be ok for now
