Ive bought designer app pack week ago. I was able to download the html .zip file.

Then it said recently. I need premium content to download the html.zip file.

So, i bought the lowest site/ online builder package.

And, my account still says "premium" content needed to download the zip file

How much money do i have to spend to get premium content? I just want to download the zip.html

We can see that you've purchased 2 licenses from 2 different packages. We know that you did it to transfer your website.
But even before you could do that, export it as a project in a Free starter plan and then import it in Desktop App Premium Plan.

To make it clear, tell us, please, which license do you require?
If you already have the hosting and domain name, in this case, Package Online Builder and Hosting won't fit your needs. And if you need the Desktop App license and don't want our Online Builder and Hosting license, we will reimburse the cost of Online Builder back to your account.

Make an informed decision and let us know.
