License Activation problem

Hi,

I bought a license, and when I am logged into the website, I can see that it is activated on the Licenses page.

But when I am using the desktop app, I get prompted "You need a Premium Plan to add Model Popups". When I click "I have a license, activate now", I get the error "Sorry, we can't activate your copy if Nicepage, because you have no license."

We can see that you do have a license, and it's activated. We can see also that you didn't open yet Desktop App.

Please log in with the same registered email in the Desktop APP - pins4covid@gmail.com

You can logout & login again may be it's can help you or check that your desktop app have internet access. Also you need to use same account for desktop which account you are using while purchasing Nicepage license.
