custom Domain with long link issue

Hello there,

I am having an issue after posting my website online on Nicepage with my custom domain.

After publishing my website from the Nicepage online application, it gives me a long link instead of my custom domain.

Ex: https://charistech.mu/?version=c65dd9af-3fe4-4af7-9fd5-3be45ca90283&uid=234390e2-d6da-4424-80bf-7d6694ebd7ed

instead of : https://charistech.mu

Kindly help, I need to have my website online tomorrow.

I have also deleted the site, upload back the site and publish it once more but still same issue.

However, the print screens you sent me is the delta website which was being hosted by an old hosting supplier.

However, I have changed my DNS record to now point to the IP address of Nicepage. I presume if the old page being still being displayed instead of the new one I have created and published yesterday is because of DNS propagation has not yet completed right?

Do you think you can check this out for me? Because whenever I try www.charistech.mu ot goes to a Nicepage version error message.

Yes, it could mean that the progress of DNS propagation has not yet completed but please check your DNS server settings once again.
Please send us the screenshot of your setting so we could check it.

Yes, indeed I am no longer hosting my website on nicepage.

I had to wait for days to got a reply from you for my website?

I have switch to another hosting partner.

Terrible support from nicepage.
