Content didn't save

I've just spent a couple of hours inputting content onto one of my pages (my about page) and clicked publish multiple times. When I went to go to another page - I got a message stating that if I leave my changes won't be saved - I hadn't made any changes since the last time I saved it / published it so I said leave anyway. Now EVERYTHING I typed is gone.

Is there a way to get it back?

Hi,

We recommend that you check server and WP logs. The issue could be related to the blocked Nicepage requests. The log file may contact error messages. If you cannot find the log files we recommend that you contact the hosting provider.
We also recommend that you disable CMS security plugins. They may cause the reported issue too.
