Thanks for your interest in Nicepage!
1. Unfortunately, it is impossible to modify sites that are not created on Nicepage. On Nicepage, you can modify only those sites that were previously created on Nicepage and exported to Projects as you want. Also, you are available to export websites from Nicepage as many times as you want.
2. Purchasing the Designer App Pack, you pay once for getting a Premium license, but you have only one year of free updates. It means that you have to pay for the next year of updates (if you don't want to do it, you can use a Premium license with the last free update). For the App Pack, Online Builder and Hosting, the price is per month but the subscription is billed annually for the whole year. You will be billed automatically.
3. Nicepage requires enough RAM for comfortable work, regardless of an operating system. We recommend users to close other apps while working on Nicepage (if they are not necessary). Also, the antivirus and the firewall can slow the performance of Nicepage.
