Thanks for your replay, but it's not helpful at all!
I believe you guys can see that I have purchased the package from the back stage, I know where the article about the "Assign a Domain" from Q&A which I have mentioned. I know there is a YouTube Channel of Nicepage.
I'm not happy about the support like this, I am sorry, this just sounds like talking to a robot - copy and paste the FAQ link, then dump it to your client. I have opened another question with more details about the problems I am facing. I also will put the same information in here as well.
I hope there will be a solution. Not keep sending me the same FAQ links. I have to say this is a very bad customer service experience.
I have talked to GoDaddy and double checked with them, and they told me that my setting of the DNS on theirs side is perfectly correct according to the information from the Nicepage "Assign a Domain" page.
After that, I came back to the Nicepage, and clicked "Publish" button, I still do not see my custom domain.
Also, I would like to know how to make the Email Form working properly from the Template? It's not a case to set an email button. I will leave the screenshot of the Email Form in the attachment as well. This is the product/template from Nicepage, I believe as a customer, I have the rights to know how to make it work.
