Hi,

I edited a website by using one of the template, and I did it by the Nicepage software on the Mac. I am facing 2 main issues:

1, I would like to know how can I bring it online once I got the domain, I read the "Assign a Domain" from Q&A, but I do not quite understand it.

2, I also do not know how to link the email by using the template which I chosen.

I am not a web designer, I do not have any IT background and knowledge, can someone tell me how to do it step by step? I googled and I watched Nicepage Youtube Channel, read all the related Q&A, so please do not just dump me some links and promotion materials again, I need a decent guide and solution please.

1. For assigning a domain, you should purchase the App Pack, Online Builder and Hosting license of Nicepage. Please note that you can assign a domain only on Nicepage Online. This link can be useful for you: https://nicepage.com/doc/1293/assign-a-domain
2. Clarify please, do you want to create a contact form for sending emails? If you do, just select the "Email" form in the "Submit" settings.

Thanks for your replay, but it's not helpful at all!

I believe you guys can see that I have purchased the package from the back stage, I know where the article about the "Assign a Domain" from Q&A which I have mentioned. I know there is a YouTube Channel of Nicepage.

I'm not happy about the support like this, I am sorry, this just sounds like talking to a robot - copy and paste the FAQ link, then dump it to your client. I have opened another question with more details about the problems I am facing. I also will put the same information in here as well.

I hope there will be a solution. Not keep sending me the same FAQ links. I have to say this is a very bad customer service experience.

I have talked to GoDaddy and double checked with them, and they told me that my setting of the DNS on theirs side is perfectly correct according to the information from the Nicepage "Assign a Domain" page.

After that, I came back to the Nicepage, and clicked "Publish" button, I still do not see my custom domain.

Also, I would like to know how to make the Email Form working properly from the Template? It's not a case to set an email button. I will leave the screenshot of the Email Form in the attachment as well. This is the product/template from Nicepage, I believe as a customer, I have the rights to know how to make it work.

Having numerous cases with a single problem only slows down our response time.
