Nice Page Menu jumping to sections in other pages

I am new to nice page.
Downloaded application, built basic template in application, moved it into Joomla CMS
Refined layout in NicePage Extension.
Main menu has 4 pages
Each menu option has submenu options which which jump to section in that relevant page.
However, this jump to section 2 in page 2 does not work if you are currently looking at page 1.
On research I established that this mechanism is only available via Nice Page Application ("Links to Blocks from Any Page in WordPress and Joomla Plugins" found in "nicepage.com/doc/106500/edit-content-cms-role-rich-text-article-element")
So, question is, how do I move my template in EXTENSION on my CMS system, back into the APPLICATION to make the required changes or is there another solution?
I have considered using multiple menus (menu menu in header, different menu in a module position) so that I can have a different menu in a module specific to a page, but the extension does not allow me to place a menu in a block if the page already has a menu in the header.
Please advise?

You cannot make export from the Joomla plugin. But there is no point in this. You will not be able to import this format of menu items to Joomla. The plugin does not create such items. But you can create them manually via Joomla Menu settings. It should be an External Link item. Here you should specify the page Url + anchor:

http://joomla/index.php/page-alias#block_id
