Ask a Question

Hello out there,
I have two questions,
1. for my Understanding:
what exactly is the difference between the blog and the post template?
2. how can I manage it, to get a space between the top-menue and the sidebar. At the moment the blog header sticks without space under the top menue. I need to add a space in between as big as the space between the article article and the top menue ( 50 or 60px for example)
thank you in advance for your answer
Andreas

Hi Andreas,

  1. Blog Template is used to display pages of your site that are supposed to show numerous articles. The Post Template will be used by your site for the single articles that are not created in Nicepage and all other site pages like login screen, pages produces by some components and so on.
  2. To make the sidebar content have a space on the top, use the Sidebar >> Spacing >> Inside Sidebar. That will add the spacing on all sidebar sides, but there is the only option.

Hi Hella,
How shouldl I do this, if I start with content maybe after 50 px from top and want to have it all on one level? Then I have everywhere 50 px Space. That is not usefull. I need an option of space from top or something.
Thank you in advance for your answer
Happy Easter

Hi Andreas,

Unfortunately there is no such separate option, you can only try to add it using the custom CSS code.
