If I buy the pro version now and then want to extend the license to the ultimate version, will I have to pay for the difference or the whole?

With the license purchase, you will get one year of free updates.
We have an upgrade option, you will need to click on the "Upgrade or Extend" button on the pricing page https://nicepage.com/premium and you will get the discounted prices in the table below.
The price depends on when you decide to upgrade. Within a month, the upgrade price is equal to a price difference. Further, the price will gradually rise since this price will include not only the upgrade of the license version but also the extension of the year free updates.

If after one year I want to renew the license for free updates, will the price be normal? and not as in the case of themler less a percentage as I'm already a user?

After one year, the cost to renew is 40% off what the initial full price would have been.
