Hello, Rizwan.
The lines and values show position change-making of an element.
During the work with the element, you can see both values red - that means the element vertical or horizontal position is centered inside the block, or have the same position as the other element (like 3 pictures in line that have a similar distance to the bottom of the block - when you add one more image, you will see bottom value red when your picture will be on the same distance as others).
Also if you have few similar elements inside the block, you will see additional red values - it's a Nicepage tip to position items (buttons, text, etc.) inside your element similar to the content position of other elements you have in this block.
