Hi, Dan.

If you need to add titles from H1 to H6
Just click on add element >> Text >> Select Heading you need
You can add it on any page in almost any place you need.

If you need to select styles for each type of Heading on your website, you can change styles in:
Theme >> Fonts

Be aware that some of the customization options for Fonts are limited in the Personal Edition license.
If you need more information, please provide more detailed information about what you want to achieve.

So when I use the headings the meta tag for the header is already embedded. No need for a <h1> meta tag?

Hello, Dan.

When you create headings from h1 to h6 as mentioned above, in created HTML of your website they will appear as: <h1>your text</h1>
So you can see that <h1></h1> - <h6></h6> tags will be used according to your chose of heading size.
