Ask a Question

I have seen many posts about this issue, but did not find working solution. I created my design in Nicepage, exported it into the zip file, and using the Add New added this theme to the WP. But the theme was empty, without my design, and I do not see the plug in being installed.

I then exported files from Nicepage again, but this time only using option of plug - in. Plug in was installed, and I use it, but my design is again empty.

Hello Arkady,

Could you, please, send a screenshot of the WordPress Plugins page? It should look like this screenshot below:

NP-wp-plugin.png

To import your theme, go to Appearance > Add new > Upload theme.
To access your imported theme, go to Appearance > click on your theme > customize.

Hi Lilionella,

My Plugin page looks exactly the same as yours, I also use version 3.9.3. When I go to View Details of the Nicepage, I get "Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress." Perhaps, this is the problem (my version is 5.7)?

And of course I used same steps to upload the Theme, and access it. Did not work.

Hi Arkady,

To see the pages you have created in the desktop application you need to import the content to your site, check this article:
https://nicepage.com/doc/66707/installation-of-wordpress-theme-and-pages

If you still do not see your pages after importing the content, then please check that your WP >> Settings >> Reading options are selected to show the static page as your site Front Page and the correct page is chosen in the list.
