Changing Text from the Post-Button not work

To change it, please follow the next steps in Joomla:

• Go to System >> Global Configuration,
• In the menu on the left, click: Articles,
• Then set "Show Title with Read More" to "Hide".

Hi,
for me the solution was to leave the backend of Joomla and login again. Now the new configuration works! Maybe it depended on the cache.
