Nope, there's no need to add anything else.
After successfully installing the reCaptcha Site Key and reCaptcha Secret Key, you should get the reCaptcha icon on your website.

If you did it correctly, you'll see the icon in the bottom of your site.

Thanks, guys, I see that now, but how does it protect - I do not see anything when I fill out the form, like "click on all cross roads" or like that?

Apparently, Google's algorithms follow usage and decide what it wants to do.
I don't think it works all that well.
