My themes have disappeared

This error message appears because we constantly update the plugin with new features. The old theme does not have all the required styles and scripts for the new features. Therefore, it is necessary to update the theme as well.

Do you mean that you lost the project used to export the WordPress theme which is currently installed on your website?

We are sorry for that. Try to export to your website the empty theme created with the Nicepage Desktop App's current version and let us know how it goes.

If you require further assistance, please provide us the link to your website and temporary access to your website's back-end panel.
