That is a BROWSER not a Web Page and that is set by the owner of the phone, it's not your choice.

Hi, Estefania,
Nicepage generates the color for the browser tool bar automatically from the theme colors:
<meta name="theme-color" content="#0fedc5">
Unfortunately, there is no option to change it directly in Nicepage.
