How long does it take to get an answer in case we need help? I see in the forum some people wait for days to get an answer. How come you guys don't have live support??

Pro and Ultimate have priority support.
They usually reply within 2 business days.

Pandemic aside, responses have been getting slower and slower. It wasn't "1-2 business days" last year. Support should be getting better - not worse.
