Checkbox is only in contact us form ?

Is checkbox only in contact us form ? checkbox is very common used element , but I can't find checkbox or checkbox list alone ,only in contact us form, and contact us form must has a button in it. When can we see the support of checkbox element alone ?

You right, for now checkboxes can be used only for the contact form and with button.
