I have been reading all the notes on this before I am contacting you. I have implemented many of them and I am not getting what I need. I am finding that I need your assistance, please. I am a white label customer as you know.

I saw that one customer used TAGZ to get around this problem. I installed it and it seems to work just fine. I initially input all the Open Graph code in the HTML in settings rather than using the software TAGZ but it didn't work. Using the software seemed easy and I was able to see the post. That being said, what I set up to show is not what is pulling to Facebook and I don't understand what is going on. You can clearly see the OG in the header - see screenshot. But when I go to debug in Facebook - it sees something entirely different. It's doing this for every page.

Can you assist me please? I don't know what is wrong, but this is very important and my client is uptight about this and I don't blame him. This is a pretty simple thing and I should not have to spend so many hours on this because of your software.

Hi Jen,

As I understand, TAGZ is a Joomla extension. Does it work fine with the non-Nicepage theme? Also you can try to clear your site cache and check if that helps.

I've done that and it's not working. please see the screenshots I have sent. TAGZ seems to be working with the theme - yes. I checked the view source and sent you a screenshot and you can see that it is working, but I am truly stumped.

Hi Jen,

I'm not sure that there is something to do with the Nicepage theme as the code is in the head area, I do not know why FB does not recognize it. Do you have the same issue on any other site without Nicepage?

Yes, but I did figure out the issue. You might pass this along to other people. All sites must use an intermediary certificate. If they don't Facebook will not post or pick up the Open Graph calls. Once I fixed that, everything was fine. It would be good if you had this in the software, but in truth, the other software works just fine. Many thanks for the follow-up.
