Can we create an html website and then export to use it in Wordpress ?

You can easily export both to HTML and WordPress. Just click the highlighted button and choose WordPress in the appeared menu.

Please note that you should install the Nicepage plugin for WordPress. It will allow you to import a Nicepage theme to WordPress.

Clarify please, do you want to import an HTML site or a Project to WordPress (please note that you can export a site from Nicepage as an HTML website or as a Project)?
Nicepage Desktop application supports different export options. You can export the created website as a static HTML website, WordPress and Joomla theme+content, and Image.

Ok I think I got my answer.
My client needs a static html website so I can easily export project using nicepage app.
But in case he would need to use wordpress CMS I could easily export the same project to wordpress.

And about existing html website can I import them in nicepage and transform them in nice page project ?

Unfortunately, you can import only Nicepage Projects in Nicepage, the import of existing HTML websites is not supported.
Keep in mind that you can create a new website using the options that are on the screenshot. It could be helpful for you.
