Pagination still faulty in 3.8 with Wordpress

Hi!
Pagination for Block "Blog Posts" ist faulty on the static Home Page in Wordpress.
You allways get to see the Home Page with the first Posts.

It works on other static sites, but not on Home Page.
It´s because there is no "?page_id" or other permalink for Home Page.
If you add the id manually, pagination works. So the pagination-links have to use the real permalink of the Home Page. Not just the domain.
