nothing but problems getting this exported

For a new program that is suppose to be easy, I have had no luck with exporting this template. I have watched the videos over and over again. I lost what I created even though it was suppose to save.

Not impressed so far. I am glad I have not spent any money on this.

I was trying to export 22907 into my wordpress. I have no problem cutting and pasting, but exporting this as a plugin has had no luck. Any suggestions other than listing the videos again. Believe me I followed them

Hello Ken,
Thank you for your interest in NicePage.

Please note that when you're using a free account, you won't be able to export to WordPress from NicePage online, but you can export to WordPress in the desktop app as a folder, zip file, or FTP.
You won't be able to install that theme as a plug-in if you checked the "Theme" box in the export window.

In this case, you can install it as a Theme.
Also, providing us with more details and screenshots of the issue would be very helpful.

The free Starter edition says that Wordpress function is "limited."
I don't see exactly what they mean by that.

I have recovered the page/template that I want. I will pay someone to install the template in my wordpress. Can anyone help in this regard.
